KALPVRIKSH - Terms and Conditions (Consumers)

Collaborate or register with KALPVRIKSH only with your full consent after reading each and every term and condition of the KALPVRIKSH Platform very carefully.

1. 1.

   I agree to be fully responsible for any financial, social, psychological or legal harm that I may suffer in the future due to my personal lack of knowledge about the terms and conditions of the KALPVRIKSH platform, or as a result of being connected to KALPVRIKSH by any other consumer intentionally or unintentionally being misled. I self-assured and understand that KALPVRIKSH is not responsible in any way, and it is my personal requirement and responsibility as a consumer to fully read and understand the following terms and conditions.

   I understand that Aadhar Card Number and PAN Card Number should be updated in KALPVRIKSH.

3. 3.

   I understand that an Indian citizen above 18 years of age, who is of sound mind, can only join KALPVRIKSH with the approval of the Company. A smartphone is required to use the KALPVRIKSH application. I understand that only individuals with a valid PAN card, Aadhaar card, mobile phone number (in the individual's name), email address, bank account, and UPI ID are permitted to subscribe to KALPVRIKSH.

4. 4.

   I understand that once a person enters their name, mobile phone number, and email ID during the registration process on KALPVRIKSH, these three data points cannot be changed at will. Therefore, the user should enter these details carefully and personally.

5. 5.

   I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for accurately and clearly explaining the concept of KALPVRIKSH to others and connecting more than two individuals who need financial assistance and am willing to provide direct financial assistance to others on the platform using my invitation link within 30 days of receiving the invitation.

6. 6.

   I agree to provide unconditional direct financial assistance to consumers who have previously entered KALPVRIKSH and provide unconditional direct financial assistance using my personally earned funds.

7. 7.

   As per the "Chart" received from the platform; I should help 10 consumers using KALPVRIKSH unconditionally and financially.

   • ₹450/- for consumers in the first phase
   • ₹900/- for consumers in the second phase
   • ₹3600/- for consumers in the third phase
   • ₹7200/- for consumers in the fourth phase
   • ₹14400/- for consumers in the fifth phase
   • ₹28800/- for consumers in the sixth phase
   • ₹28800/- for consumers in the seventh phase
   • ₹28800/- for consumers in the eighth phase
   • ₹28800/- for consumers in the ninth phase

   I understand and agree.

   Based on my personal and social conviction that it is my personal and social responsibility to provide direct financial assistance to 10 consumers as soon as possible, I declare that I will provide direct financial assistance up to a maximum of ₹1,42,650/- to 10 consumers through KALPVRIKSH. I will provide financial assistance. I give a personal pledge and assurance to the ten clients to whom I have to provide financial assistance.

8. 8.

   I understand and acknowledge that KALPVRIKSH invites one consumer to provide direct and unconditional financial assistance to up to 10 consumers and that the platform offers the opportunity to receive up to ₹5,63,73,750 directly from 2046 consumers through a structured 450-day action plan. This allows consumers to receive assistance ranging from 0% to 100% from 2046 consumers. The platform does not impose any specific deadlines for completing this transaction. I understand and agree that KALPVRIKSH will not be held responsible or liable for any mandated deadlines stated by other consumers or individuals who do not have the legal authority to speak for the company's best interests.

9. 9.

   NOMINEES
   The company is also giving a nominee system here. In case of any miss happening, he/she can send his/her documents or by coming to the company office they can get the account transferred in his/her name by giving his/her documents, which you must have given in your account. Looking at his activity, the company will give him the option to keep the nominee further.

10. 10.

    KALPVRIKSH makes no representations as to the accurateness or reliability of any advertising message or marketing tool offered through any referral, outside company or on this site. While we believe the people / companies we work with to be honest and ethical, we recommend you do your own due diligence relating to any specific claims or promises made in the marketing message, as it relates to your use and purchase.

11. 11.

    Distributor may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. Distributor and KALPVRIKSH agree that if any portion of this agreement is found illegal or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed and the remainder of the agreement shall be given full force and effect.

    Limitation of liability; Sole and exclusive remedy; indemnification

    You agree that KALPVRIKSH are not responsible for the success or failure of your business or your business decisions relating to any information presented by our company or our company products and or services.

12. 12.

    All leads, trainings act. is provided "as is" and without any warranty, express, implied or otherwise, regarding its accuracy or performance.

13. 13.

    If any income you receive either from KALPVRIKSH or any leads sold via the KALPVRIKSH' website, you are responsible for any taxes payable in your domicile or jurisdiction.

14. 14.

    Any distributor acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of KALPVRIKSH with all future commissions or lead and/or training usage forfeited. If you are found to be defaming or making false statements about the Company or the owner, your services will be terminated. The distributor's subscription can be cancelled by KALPVRIKSH at any time. Any distributor that is removed will lose all benefits and privileges associated with KALPVRIKSH. Any positions held in participating programs owned by KALPVRIKSH will also be forfeited and ownership will be reassigned to KALPVRIKSH.

15. 15.

    As KALPVRIKSH is fully legal, distributor may not present KALPVRIKSH' promotions on any social page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by KALPVRIKSH's internet service providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority.

16. 16.

    We do not represent or warrant that the kalpvriksh Site will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the kalpvriksh Site will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable. We may make changes to the features, functionality, or content of the kalpvriksh Site at any time. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any documents, information or other content appearing on the Site. KALPVRIKSH reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services and/or Sites (or any part thereof) with or without notice. KALPVRIKSH shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or any Sites.

17. 17.

    Joining in this website: After getting complete information, you pay the fee and GST. For the fee you have paid, you get subscription on the site and ayurvedic product. Therefore, here you cannot get your fee back in any way.

18. 18.

    Neither Party shall be liable for damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement due to any delay or default in performance caused by conditions beyond its reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, government restrictions (including denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary licenses), wars, insurrections, and mechanical, electronic, or communication failures.

19. 19.

    Distributor shall not make any income representations except those set forth herein or otherwise specifically set forth in official company material.

20. 20.

    It is mandatory for every consumer to do 2 directs within 30 days. If 2 directs are not done within 30 days, then our condition is that the ID can be replaced if the upline complains.

21. 21.

    I agree to give to autopool the first Rs 900 I receive from KALPVRIKSH as output from my income.
